I feel like I am the only one having this issue!
I went to the Gyno yesterday and explained that ever since he switched my birth control I haven't lost weight (it's been nearing 3 months, and yes I changed my calories/work-outs/diet/ect already)
I had been on a 10mg earlier this year which I was on since I was 17 (21 now) but due to continuous bleeding he had me switch to a higher dose. He told me not to worry about the plateau but being on a higher dose is really messing with me. Completely put a halt on my progress. Have any of you have issues with birth control or switching to different MGs?
How long did it take you to get back off of a plateau like this?
