Hello everyone, I'm looking for some motivational help. I've lost 50 pounds already and I'm going to lose at least 81 more pounds. I haven't been able to break below 280 and am getting a bit frustrated. I know I can do this, I just need to be reminded I can every once in a while. Trying this app to maintain a steady diet. So far so good.
