Hey all ,
I have a very sweet tooth not to the stage I crave choc every min of day but if I try anything like desert I like it very sweet , people even laugh at how I find stuff not sweet enough .
So to stop any sugar crave and for maybe lunch or snacks is there anything that any of you have found that is healthy and feeds the sweet side ?

I make a protein bar that is really good, easy to make and satisfies my cravings for sweets.

    2 c natural peanut butter
    1 1/2 c creamed honey
    3 c oatmeal
    1 1/2 c unflavoured whey protein isolate
    2/3 c cocoa
Sometimes I'll add a bag of coconut as well.

Heat the pb and honey in microwave or on stove and stir till melted and blended. Mix in dry ingredients and press into tinfoil lined large cookie sheet. I usually spray the tinfoil with cooking spray to make removal easier. Chill and the cut into bars. I keep them refrigerated until I want one. Makes about 32 bars at about 200 cal or so depending on size of sheet/bars and whether you add coconut. Quite high in protein.
