I am a 5'5" 20yr female and my calorie goal is like 2500 each day and feel like I have been eating all day long and at 8pm I still have 1000 left and I don't even know how I could eat anymore. I also only have about $25 a month to pay for foods because I'm a college kid.

What is white flesh fish? I don't mean to come off as stupid, I just don't know a lot about specific foods. I have just always eaten what was around.0 -
That goal is too high. 2000 is more realistic.0
