Need help bulking!

I weigh 185 and just short of 6'0. I'm very active. I've been lifting about 4 times a week. Any suggestions or tips on supps and workouts will be greatly appreciated!!

Eat a caloric surplus, lift with a progressive overload, I wouldn't advice spending any real money on sups till you build a decent base, they're truly just meant to give you a slight edge, nothing game changing. But if you're going to buy some, a quality whey protein, a good multi vitamin, even a fishoil supplement, make sure it's from small fish and not in a clear bottle, and if you truly have the money, creatine MH. But diet should always be your biggest concern, if you don't have the nutrients/caloric surplus to support and maintain growth then sups won't do you a think except elevate a few things.0
