Hi! I'm back on this app. Gained 15 F'n pounds since I last was on! Have two young kids, work out mainly with weights after they sleep then get back late and starving. Needless to say I'm eating late and not always healthy. I need suggestions on healthy late evening snacks!

    HOW MUCH are you eating? Weight gain is about over consumption in most cases. And that goes for the WHOLE day and not just the evening.
