Sticking to a plan Finally

Normally I fall off track a little, and end up quitting everything I started by now. But I have found the key to consistency and just keep moving forward. For some reason I decided I was going to quit smoking, start working out, and start eating better all at once. I'm strangely finding it eaiser to do all this at once and having more success than I have had in the past trying to do these things seperately.

I think the difference in me is that I finally got sick of my own excuses. Not having to feel horrible at the end of another day because I have nothing to show for it. Not seeing results instantly also always demotivated me, but instead of looking for reasons to quit I look at the positives. I don't see my results at the stage of my journey right now but I feel them. I just did legs yesterday, and it was an amazing workout but my legs were able to do so much more than last week, and those results yesterday were amazing to me.

It's interesting! I bet that having multiple goals is helping you get through the tough parts of others, since you can divert your attention to something else when one of them is bugging you.
