Garcinia cambogia has no impact on weight loss beyond a possible placebo effect and a pound per day is an unsustainable and unsafe rate of loss without medical supervision (and only then for the extremely morbidly obese). Exactly what is the "yay" for when 2 lbs per week is at the top end of a safe rate of loss?

    Hi and welcome

Your expectations seem a little off - 2lb a week is on the high-normal side of healthy weight loss - 1-2lb is frequently recommended.

losing water weight is a great emotional boost in the early stages of a diet and if you've found something that works psychologically for you to keep your calories in check and you are moving more then you are on to a winner combination for you

Just keep going - weight loss isn't linear .. just keep going

    and good luck

I know some of you say this isn't healthy but everyones body is different. I know I've lost 13 pounds before in 2 and a half weeks. It wasn't unhealthy. I ate a lot of healthy foods, ate at least 1,350 calories a day. I also exercised an hour a day 5-6 times a week. After that first 13 pounds came off my body adjusted and I was losing 1-2 pounds a week but those first 2-3 weeks I lost quite a bit. Like I said, every one is different.... it doesn't mean it's unhealthy.

That being said, great job @chocoholicll keep it up :) your doing great!
