Hey all,
I'm here to start a new journey of throwing on muscle instead of worrying about my weight. I've went from 6'7 285lbs to 218lbs, unfortunately I've become just a thin version of myself, it's time for me to hit the iron.
I also have celiac disease which makes things all the more interesting.
