Fun Christmas Themed Workout

Yesterday at the gym we did this "12 days of Fitness" workout. It was fun. It's something you can probably do at home with limited equipment or in the gym.
It's done like the "12 Days of Christmas" song. You start with 1, then do 2 and 1, then do 3, 2, and 1, and so on until you get to 12. Here's the exercises we did:
1 Burpee
2 Push ups
3 Reverse bicep rows
4 Short sprints (or some other cardio that will take about 30-45 seconds)
5 Bicep curls (5 on each arm)
6 Slam balls
7 Dumb bell arm raises/kettle bell raises (7 on each arm)
8 Squat presses
9 Alt V ups with med ball (9 on each leg)
10 Triceps dips
11 Step ups (with a thrust, 11 on each leg)
12 Pop squats
It was fast paced, took about 40 minutes and after all was said and done with a warm up and few BONUS ROUND exercises, I burned 750 calories. Try it and let me know how you did!
