My tips? Read the announcements at the top. "getting started" "a guide to getting your sexy pants"
Grab a cheapie food scale and weigh everything before eating it. Log everything.

Mikey, get your goal weight from your doctor or a standard BMI chart. Then document everything that goes into your mouth. Consider a healthy Mediterranean style eating plan. And move, move, move!0
