Recently I had a pretty major operation (double leg amputation. I think that qualifies right?
), and one of the obvious side effects of not doing anything for 7 months was the weight gain. I used to weigh around 240, and was reasonably happy although wanted to lose a little. Now I'm 273, and... not so happy. ![:p :p](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/tongue.png)
Obviously working out is going to be difficult (I do have prosthetics, but still...), but I plan to do at least some stuff. Mostly I'm just going to be using the food diary app to track my food intake and such. Hopefully it'll work out.![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
My goal is 200lbs (I'm 6'2 and naturally pretty stocky). Feels like a long way away.
