Already fit - trying to get fitter and slimmer!

Hi everyone,
I'm a 26 year old from Australia and I'm new to MFP. I've always lead a relatively healthy lifestyle and love being active (weights, HIIT training, hiking etc). However some bad habits (mainly too much eating out and saying yes to office treats!) have caused me to gain around 5 - 7kg's over the last few years.
I'm on a mission to lose the weight, increase my overall fitness and strength and kick my old habits. So far I've lost about 2kg's in four weeks - I know it's going to be a slow process but I'm determined to stick it out!
