So I lost 20 pounds since starting in late July. I celebrated today with new jeans. Down 1 size. I'm waiting for my husband to notice.

I think it is hard for our loved ones to notice when we go down in weight. one because they see us everyday, and two, they see us with loving eyes and dont see the extra weight. They just see us and is harder to notice. but nonetheless that is an amazing feat!! great job.0
