Do y'all use the mfp or the custom settings for calories??

I use custom because I like to use MFP in "reverse" - I use it to plan and log the next day's meals out and then rather than using the app to log food as I eat it, I use it like a recipe to put the meal together as I prepare it - weighing out the portions I already chose.
For that, I basically set custom goals that factor in my anticipated total activity levels rather than add exercise when I do it.0
