Hey everybody! I'm new to the app counting calories and eating healthy. If anyone have any suggestions or recipe tips.

If you are just starting out take a pic of yourself and when you start dropping pounds use it and compare it as the weight comes off it will continue to motive you. Also steer clear of soda and drink plenty of water. Good luck0
