Keep it going through the holidays!

Who's with me? Instead of eating holiday food, we will exercise, control our portions, and come out skinnier than everyone around us who indulges! Here's to saying NO to peer pressure!!! Practice with me now: NO NO NO. No I don't want to try your festive sugary Christmas cookies and I don't care if that offends you because I am being good to myself. No, Grandma, I don't want seconds, because I've eaten a reasonable portion and if I stop and listen to my body I will realize I am satisfied. I'll take some more water instead. No, I can't take a week off of my exercise regimen just because there are family members in town, because I know myself and if I skip that much time I'll be tempted not to start up again and lose the progress I've worked so hard for. It's time to give ourselves the gift of healthier bodies and clothes that fit. LET'S DO THIS!
