Any ladies do/did Body For Life program

I just started his program 4 days ago. I like his workout and his eating plan. I found the eating plan is too good to be true. 6 meals/day 1 protein + 1 carb/meal, 1 free day a week. I feel full and satisfied, never hungry with his eating plan. I afraid I will gain weight instead of get in shape.

    My mom did this a few years ago and she really enjoyed it.

    Of course I went the MFP route, but i must say, my mom looked DAMN good (and without counting calories).

    She started lifting weights as is suggested in the book, ate the 6 meals a day, started tanning (fake? i dont know). Either way, within a few months she went from average 5'6 140-ish to around 125 and fit.
