Doesn't have to be a healthy one, just looking for suggestions. You can take any recipe and make it healthier and I'm already on the wait list for skinnytaste! So excited!!! So what's your favorite cookbook?

Joy of Cooking (because it explains why things are done the way that they are done. I like having that information because then I know what can -- and cannot -- be altered in a recipe.
It's the same reason I like the old Food Network show "Good Eats")
I also like Frank Stitt's Southern Table (because I'm Southern and he's a 'slow food movment' advocate) and Frank Stitt's Bottega Favorita (which is his take on Italian. Bottega's salmon pizza is delicious).
Also epicurious.com is a really good online database, storing recipes that were published in everything from Gourmet magazine to Self.0 -
How to Cook Everything by Mark Bittman
The Bread Bible by Beth Hensperger
The Art of Simple Food by Alice Waters
And not cookbooks, but 2 of my favorite sources:
Eating Well magazine
