I'll have to try this. I love egg nog, but it has sooo many calories for such a small amount.

If you like Almond Milk, Silk and Califia both make Almond Nog. Great for the calorie count and tastes pretty good.

Got the stuff to make it, used unsweetened almond milk (didn't notice @Ninkyou 's post) store brand egg beaters and sweet n low. I added way too much nut meg, but overall pretty good. For roughly a 10 oz serving just under 100 cals.
