Depo and Losing weight

So before I on the deep shot 6 years ago I was a 00, and now I am a 10. It seems no matter how hard I try to work toward losing weight it is extremely hard (Not impossible just more harder). Has anyone else had this issue and if so what did you do to help it? (Without getting off Depo)

I haven't had this exact problem, but I'm on depo too. It never made me gain weight, but I think it might be one of the factors in why it's been hard for me to lose weight. I would say see your general practitioner or OBGYN about it and ask. I don't really see any way around it other than going off of it, or just accept that it'll take a longer time and harder work.
Edit: This thread might help- http://www.caloriecount.com/forums/health-support/losing-weight-whilst-depo-provera0 -
You're also 6 years older, and therefore more carb sensitive. Time to look at low carb diet. Keep your carbs below 100/day.0
