Hey there folks, I'm Rebekah and I'm 21 years young. This is not my first go around with my fitness but it is the first time I've reached out! I'm usually quite shy when it comes to putting my weight loss out there and holding myself accountable. A few years ago I lost 42 pounds, but needless to say it's all come back and then some. My goal is to loose 50 pounds! I'd really appreciate it if anyone had some helpful hints or supportive words. Have a great day y'all!

    Best advice I received was to buy a food scale and weigh and log everything. Welcome to MFP. You got this!

    Log everything. Even when you have a slip up. Plan your meals and take it one day at a time. Good luck
