Does anyone else eat sugar free jello for 10 calories with meals, deserts, snacks, etc? is there anything i am missing? These taste great and have very little calories...

It's like eating your water. As long as you are hitting your minimum calories daily there's nothing wrong with them.0

Not me. I have a GI disease that sometimes puts me on a clear fluid diet and that is the only solid food I can eat. Plus it reminds me of scope prepping. I also don't find them particularly tasty.

I get it @singingflutelady . If it is your only option, it gets old quickly. I react about the same to Ensure.0

Does it have ingredients in it that are unhealthy? I actually like the taste of them. I always worry about foods that have a bunch of artificial stuff in them. I am not exactly sure why, but I just question how good can this possibly be for me. I think I have watched too many documentaries about foods on Netflix.0

I make it on occasion if I have a sweet tooth, or cool jello sounds refreshing (like in the summer)
I sometimes mix in 1/2 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream to replace water in the large box that uses 4 cups water (not an option if calories are tight...I watch sugar more than calories) and if I don't put it in the fridge immediately, the layers will separate a bit, and it tastes great.0 -
