I can't even count how many times I told myself I'd be committed to this app and then completely forget about it. That's basically me in a nutshell. I have little unfinished "hobbies" and art projects coming out the nose. This is one of them I guess lol. Giving this another try though. I need to have a proper schedule and healthier lifestyle. Btw my name is Emily, what's yours?

Hey Emily, I'm Ian
Well done for coming back, thats the hardest bit, and I think we all have these speed bumps on our journey to achieving our goals. I find a routine really helps and a lot of people say consistency is key to making progress.
Will send you an invite for cheers, pep talks or those kick up the backsides (we all need them sometimes).0 -
Thank you!0

You're definitely not alone. I've been on this roller coaster the better part of ten years now. I think I've finally had my "enough" moment and I'm ready face this obstacle course of better choices. Anyone who's motivated as well feel free to add me.0

I have the same issues with this app as well. Not that I don't like it, I love this app. But with work, college courses, it's all overwhelming sometimes.
I'm Austin. Or a total gym junkie if you want to go there, lol. I can't live without a good workout. Any workout especially running. However I had surgery on my hip from a fracture and waiting for the doctor to tell me when I can run again. I'm 21 by the way. I found out along with low blood sugar I have osteopenia. Which is a mild form of osteoporosis.0
