Keeping it going

I have been dieting for close to a month now and have lost 11 pounds so far . Next week I should be down to my target weight . Whilst dieting I have avoided processed foods and haven't had as much as a sniff of crisps chocolate fizzy drinks etc and have kept my calories at 1600 per day . Once I hit my target weight though what do I do ? Do I start to introduce these sweet treats again ? Do I go back to over 2000 calories a day ? I have no idea . Any advice would be greatly appreciated .

    I think you can go back into ' goals', change the setting to maintain and MFP gives you a new daily calorie allowance? I've got another 5 lbs to lose before I do the same. Well done on your weight loss.
