For me, not enough..... Today I did a little over 2 miles (5000+ step) and I am trying to make it a daily habit. Will see how I do.

I wish I was one of those people who could get 10k a day just in daily life. Disregarding exercise, I walk 1.5 miles to and back from class every day and I only end up getting in max of 8000(according to phone) on those days. I usually get in 2000-6000 and I park far, walk when I can, don't take elevators, etc.

14,000 today for a super-active work day (only there seven hours and hit that). Usually get 8000-15,000 during work. Days off? Not very much...I was shocked to hit 4000 yesterday!

IDK how to answer your question exactly. I have made walking at least 10K steps a day part of my daily life. I park farther away from things, take the stairs, walk on my breaks at work, it just all become part of my routine.

usually at about 7000 when I leave work, Ill get to 12000 to 14000 with an elliptical run or a jog.
A lazy day maybe as low as 5000steps.

as low as 3 or 4 hundred on non work days, and as many as 18000 on work days. But I don't go by how many I get in a day, but by my average per week.

I do the weekly thing too. Less crazy making. I try for 10k minimum per day & 100k per week. I get about half of those in my daily life & the other half I go out and get as walks or hikes. I've had a rough few weeks, though, and haven't broken out of the 90k range since the time change. It's really frustrating. Hoping I do better in December!

Disregarding intentional walks/hikes -- Somewhere in the 7,000 to 8,000 range. I'm pretty sure I've never gotten less than 7,000 steps in a day.

excluding anything intentionally done as exercise makes it quite a lot harder to pinpoint. As mentioned above I have made a point to get in steps. So I park in the furthest spot I can find, intentionally shop "out of order" so that I'm back and forth across the stores, and so on, with the specific focus of getting in the steps. If i include all of that but exclude "I'm going for a fitness walk/ for a run" I would have to guess but I would say it's probably close to 7000.

Are you locked in a cell? This must be a typo!

I average 10K a day just normal work day stuff if I'm on tread mill that day closer to 15K.

Intentionally shop out of order! I am going to start this! Thank you!

Not a typo, and not locked in a cell.
