Ramadan!

Hello everyone!

So I'm a muslim and as some of you may already know, we have this month of the lunar calendar called "Ramadan".
We basically fast everyday in that month from dawn till sunset. Fasting = Not eating/drinking anything (Being a nice person too, haha)

I need some tips on how my eating routine should be in Ramadan. Focus on some macros? Specific eating times?

I'm thinking of having one huge meal at sunset + light meal before going to bed.

Any help will be highly appreciated!
