Losing it for good!

Whats up everyone. This will be my 3rd attempt at losing a good amount of weight. First time around I was dumb and only ate 1500 calories at most. Lost 50lbs in 4 months and was incredibly happy with where I was...until I stopped being so strict on the 1500 calories and I gained it back with a fury. Second attempt I lost a little and then stopped and lost focus. Now I have quit smoking and put on a bit top the point of being fed up. This will be it. No going back now.
