Walmart skim milk

Fat free milk from Walmart says its 80 calories per cup. Every other skim milk I've ever had or seen says 90 calories per cup. Why ten less? Do they water it down or something?

There is aboutish...1 gram less protein in it and less sugar 11 gram other brands about 13 gram.
