Hey all,
I am new to the app and am about to fit in my last meal on my first bulk day. I'm currently 150 lbs and around 12-14% bodyfat. I'm looking to put on at least 12 pounds before starting a cut in march. If anybody would like to add for some sort of support database or even to follow each others wellness journey please add! Stay healthy and motivated.

Awesome! I'm 6'5, 215lbs right now. Was hovering around 207 and then jumped up due to some recent fat gain because I stopped watching what I was eating. And that's why I'm on here now. My goal is to very patiently and slowly burn this far away while putting on muscle mass. The problem is I've seen big strength gains, but am putting on a lot of fat with that0
