Recipe Builder help

When you are creating a recipe in the builder tool how do you get more options on weight to appear? I am specifically looking for how to add grams.

I am talking about when you choose an item in your diary to add an item to a meal, some items have lots of weight choices to pick from. How did all of those choices get there?

    Unfortunately what you see is what you get. I like to enter my food in recipe builder in all grams as well so I look around the archives until I find something that matches and has grams as an option. If I can't find what I am looking for I have to make my own entry and manually convert the weight to grams.

    I found the answer in the help section. I should have gone there first.

    "Currently, the choices in the “Serving Size” area are limited to the options entered when the food item was created. If the MyFitnessPal team created the entry, the Serving Size field might contain multiple options, If another user entered the item there is typically only one choice."
