Has anyone done both?
I just finished 4 weeks of Rockin Body, and while I didn't lose pounds, I lost about 10 inches overall. (Thyroid/medication issues interfering with my metabolism and ability to lose weight, seeing dr on Monday)
I'm just wondering if CIZE is harder, did you lose more weight or inches on one over another. The infomercial makes CIZE look very enticing and it's not as expensive.
Just interested in opinions. Thanks!

    I have done both as well as Hip Hop Abs. I love the Cize A LOT! But I can't say I have lost or done better than any of them. I often combine 2 workouts in a day. I think it has to do more with the calories you are taking in and then exercise. No matter what you'll lose inches it seems but diet must be factored in when looking for weight loss.
