Finally Got It!!

Hello all

Hey...my name is Timothy, and FINALLY I'm on my way after being overweight for a long....long time. This fitness pal is great.

In 63 days, I lost 19 lbs so far...feeling way different. I'm going for 150 as my ideal weight.

Green Tea ALL day. 8 to 12 cups a day. That's one of my secrets.

Green Tea is a FAT demolisher!

I reached a very uncomfortable 192 lbs at my max.

God I hated life!

Now...not so much at all really...new hope in my spirit for sure.

Anyone out there from Colorado?

Does anyone know how do I change my starting weight?
