Never ending goal - try try again

Seems like the impossible goal to get lean. Just trying again to get my fat self into shape.

There are lots of great resources on here. I thought it was impossible when I started, but I kept learning and trying. As long as you don't give up and keep learning all you can you'll make it. Adding friends can help, so here are a few threads with people looking for friends:
