Dry flavoured rice or microwave pouch

Nutritionally these are both similar, is one any more healthy than the other?

    I'm not sure how you're defining "healthy," but neither one is known to cause harm. As long as you're accounting for the calories, they're both compatible with losing weight.

    There's probably more sodium in the microwavable kind. If you have a reason to watch your sodium intake, than can play a factor. Otherwise, whichever you prefer.
