This woman is my inspiration.

In January 2010, my mom suffered a heart attack. It was the scariest moment of my life, but thank goodness she pulled through. After a triple bypass and months of recovery, she decided that she (and the rest of our family) needed a change, and fast.

Summer 2009 vs November 2012 over 90 lbs lost!! Now heart healthy :]

    Your mom looks AMAZING! Congratulations :)

    I've stated this before, but my motivation was my very heavy co-worker who walks with a cane. Sounds weird, but when I started having pain in my knees she was the first thing I thought of and decided I was not going to end up like that.

    I'm sorry she had to go through something like that to begin with but it's great it scared her into a healthy lifestyle. She's looks great! Congrats!!!

Thank you so much for sharing her story, She looks beautiful, happy, and healthy! 90 pounds is no easy task by far, but she did it. That takes truly turning your life around. I am happy she is doing much better now :)
