I've read somewhere that the act of farting burns 67 calories each offense. Is that for real?

    Someone actually posted an article about that on his Facebook and he commented that it can't be true because he's not shredded.

    Did you know for ever fart you do expel a pea sized amount of poo , so maybe it is true (remember this next time someone farts in your face haha)

    Appropriate or not, if I am burning calories I'm logging it! Think I might suggest to fitbit to add it to their tracking.

    my girlfriend wouldn't have gained 10-15 pounds in the last few months if that's true. She tries to blame it on the dog but her giggling gives it away.
