Hi there
I am having exams soon so my workout split has been a mess and diet was a mess for 2 weeks.
I am going to kick my backside tomorrow is a new start to a new week in my diet my new week begins on sunday.
My workouts will be resumed on Monday I still have exams but I am going to get back in.
I feel so guilty diet has been rubbish this week I went 1412 calories for the week my weekly target is 16800.
I am not going to sit and feel guilty back to the grind
Should I weigh myself tomorrow or next week when the diet has been resumed
