Cutting start date problem?

Hey, started my bulk beginning of September. I'm eating 3,550 calories a day now, and I plan to get ripped for prom in june, I've gained like 7-9lbs so far. I've planned my cut to start march 1st. Should I leave that date or should I start a little early and give up on like 2lbs of potential muscle?
