help i am new at this. my name is sherry brooks

i started this program back in jan 2015. i was doing great than i had stopped following the program for many reasons. i was down a little over 50 lbs now i have gained 20 of it back. i started back on the program. what i am finding really hard is things to eat. one major issue is i cant eat anything with vitiam k cuz i have a blood clotting disorder & take meds. i would like to get recipes that not only can i eat but my family as well.

    Hi Sherri and welcome. I too joined mfp around January but for the 2nd time. I lost 45 lbs then thought I could swing it without mfp...lol...I gained some too.. it feels good to be back on track.

    Welcome Sherry. Very impressive success. Don't get down on yourself for gaining a little back. .Its always much easier to get back to where you were than to a goal you have not yet achieved
