Hi! I've used this app for a while now, but only used the food logging part. I am hoping to get to know others.

Walking is very good for stress! And singing in your car with the windows rolled down and the stereo blasting! LOL!

I find that aerobics/interval training and walking inclined interval on the treadmill work best for me. But..... I can't run. Lol basically I feel best right in my fat burning zone. It's probably all in my head. :-)
I love all herbal teas and I have a lavender scensy in my bedroom.

Walking is amazing! Great stress reducer. This time of year a nice walk to check out Christmas lights is nice. :).
