    finally did the shred, but i really didn't want to. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

    I missed Monday's weigh-in because I couldn't find the tread. Then my internet got turned off on Tuesday while we moved and didn't get reconnected til today. Sooooo, I guess I will weigh-in this coming Monday :)
