Should I eat my calorie goal every day. I'm not starving at all. And I eat all of my meals. I'm on a pretty strict sugar diet. And I'm trying to focus on my eating habits like not eating candy bars and staying far away from sodas. So I'm on a 1,700 day calorie diet. And I just so happen to have 600 calories left. But it's way to late to eat, and I've already met my limit on sugar for today. I feel very fulfilled most of the time. But I noticed I spend most of my day obsessing over a meal.

If not every day, averaged out over the week. Consistent undereating can lead to some serious health problems.

A few things though...unless sleeping on a full stomach causes sleep issues, there is no "too late to eat". And going over sugar is okay if you don't have a medical reason to watch your intake of it.

Also consider more fat in the day time: avocado, full fat salad dressings, bacon. :)

It really doesn't matter what time you eat as long as you stay within your goal..

If you are hungry I would eat something light and don't worry about the macros. Also try to spread your calories out more throughout the day so that you don't have as many left at the end of the day. Perhaps a Sam snack or two inbetween meals. I always eat a snack before bed so that I'm not ravenouslay hungry when I get up in the morning. I do HIIT workouts before bed, though. So I need the extra calories.
