I struggle most days getting to 1000 calories let alone 1200. In the first week I lost 6 lbs. Then it took 3 weeks to lose another 2 lbs and now two weeks later I am starting to gain weight. I track everything everyday. On a few occasions I have gone a little over on Fat or carbs but still under my calories. Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest you make your diary public if you want help.

The most likely reason for not losing is inaccurate logging. Are you weighing all solid foods and measuring liquids? Are you double checking to ensure you have an accurate database entry?

Yes it's hard to help when we can't see your dairy. Are you weighing everything?

Are you being accurate at logging your food? are you measuring your foods? it can be simply that you are eating more than you think you are - most of us started out that way too...

you didn't get to the point of needing to lose weight by not being able to get to 1000 calories - what changed?

I'm going to go out on a limb here......you're not eating 1,000 cal, you would not be gaining weight on 1,000 cal

Weigh, measure and log everything you eat. It is very common for people to under estimate portion sizes etc

Thanks for the feedback. I will make sure I am weighing and logging everything properly and report back.
