Small snacks throughout the day

I'm looking to hear about your go-to snacks through the day. Something I can grab and eat. My previous boss used to pre-package snacks in baggies for the day.

Ideas I've had so far are: sliced peppers, cheese stick, almonds, ham or turkey slices.

I tend to eat a small breakfast (usually oatmeal) and have small, frequent snacks throughout the day until dinner. I usually have some combination of the following: almonds, apple, pear, baby carrots, hard boiled egg, mini sandwich, clif builder's bar, cottage cheese, multigrain cheerios, or greek yogurt.

    Boiled (actually steamed) eggs
    String cheese
    Jerky
    Starkist tuna packs
Muscle Milk (usually because my protein is too low for the day)

Made in a pressure cooker or steamer. They're exactly the same as boiled eggs, but can usually be shelled easier. From what I understand from my co-workers, it's the preferred way to make lots of hard-boiled eggs for tea-stained eggs and such in China.

Yep. I use a strainer over a pot with a lid, because I'm a Redneck and we ain't got time for no fancy steamer business! Seriously, it's how I always do them and the shells peel off regardless of the age of the egg. Bring the water to a boil, put the strainer in and the lid on, steam for exactly 13 minutes. You get eggs that are easy to peel and almost all of the yolks are perfect, no icky-looking green ones, which is useful if you want to make egg salad or deviled eggs. Or if green yolks skeeve you out.
