Does anybody (who no longer have periods) have "time of the month" when they still feel/weigh/visually have water/fluid retention? I weighed in at 184lbs the Sunday following Thanksgiving. When I weighed in with my trainer on Tuesday I had gained 2.5lbs and then by this past Saturday I had gained 6lbs - up to 190lbs.
I keep close track of my food diary and can't figure out how this could have happened. Any ideas?

I haven't experienced this first hand. I had several false starts, though, before 'Elvis' finally left the building...
You will still experience sodium fluctuations, however, and a few big days of eating around a holiday can replenish your normal glycogen stores sending the scale higher too.
I'll be curious if there are other post menopausal women who experience echoes of hormonal cycles. For me I feel done, finished, kaputt, stick a fork in me in that respect. It's like everyday is how I used to feel about 10 days post period. In a word: GREAT! LOL
