Happy holidays, I'm Mycah turning 49yrs old on Dec. 16th. I'm grateful for all the support,that I have had from family and friends. I have lost close to 40 pounds since Aug 2015. I was 250Ibs size 44, now 206 Ibs size 34. My goal to be at 190 by Jan 2016.
