How do you count olive oil in your calories when you are cooking for your family?
Does everyone still count it?

Count it. The amount you use, divide by servings.0

Just like you'd count anything else. So if you're making something with 3 servings for instance and you used 1tbsp I'd log each serving as having 1/3 tbsp.0

If I'm cooking for multiple people I will add the whole recipe in MFP and divide by how many servings it is. I just measure and add any cooking oil to the recipe.0

Oil especially as the fats have twice the calories for weight as protein and carbs. Use the recipe builder to divvy it up per serving.0
