Has anybody tried these the reveiws are great but i haven't seen any that are very personal

    Garbage. No different than any of the other "fat burners" (which there isn't an OTC that really is) that include caffeine, appetite suppressant, some very very mild thermogenic and unless taken in megadoses really doesn't do much but give you a "kick" for a few hours. Energy drinks do the same thing.
    Don't rely on pills because if that's what got to go, then you'll be on them the rest of your life. Address why you got overweight...................overconsumption and choice of foods.

    I have been using them since 2020. I have lost over 100 pounds and I would like to think these have helped. Remember there are a lot of knock off PhenQ on Amazon, eBay etc. I have hit stages where I was stuck at a weight for several months, like when I first got down to 300.
