Insecure

Transforming yourself physically is hard, however the psychological transformation is a critical element to that as well. I need help to lose my insecurities. I know where they come from, and I know what I should do about them but I just cant seem to get over feeling inadequate and co-dependent. I have a significant other whom I adore, however I look to him for constant validation and he's just not willing to go there sometimes. Anyone else deal with this problem?
